- No no, I think the shortcuts _absolutely must_ be configurable. We've already
- seen the problem that multiple languages ( German, English) in the Atari
- world lead to with some shortcuts having no meaning in some languages. If
- they were configurable then everyone could have shortcuts that made sense to
- them.

- Infact I'd prefer to have the method for a user to specify their shortcuts
- decided upon rather than have everyone arguing over their preferred set of
- shortcuts.

- My choice would be some kind of .INF file that can be read by all programs.
